CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />New Business <br />JUNE 18, 2018 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />SUBJECT: <br />EMS - Renewal of Non -Emergency Transport Franchise Agreement with <br />American Transmed - Hearing 6:30 p.m. - First Reading <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />American Transmed is the non -emergency EMS transport provider for <br />Cabarrus County. Cabarrus County has maintained a franchise <br />agreement for the last three years with American Transmed. This has <br />been a great working relationship that we are interested in continuing with <br />this renewal request. Staff recommends that a renewal period of three <br />years.
