3. Once advised that the site plan is correct and ready to be presented to the Board of Adjustment, <br />you will need to submit 18 folded copies of the plan. <br />4. When the copies of the plan are received, Staff will begin to prepare a staff report, schedule a <br />public meeting date and notify adjacent property owners of the public meeting/public hearing <br />date. A sign advertising the public hearing will also be placed on the property being considered <br />for the Conditional Use Permit. <br />. <br />Meeting Information: Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the <br />Cabarrus County Governmental Center located in downtown Concord at 65 Church Street, SE. <br />Conditional Use Permit: Conditional Use Permits are considered by the Board of Adjustment <br />during a quasi-judicial hearing. This means that anyone wishing to speak regarding the application <br />must be sworn in.
