Land Use of Adjacent Properties <br />NORTH Agricultural/ Open District <br />EAST Low Density Residential <br />--------------------------- <br />Genetal Requirements <br />SOUTH Low Density Residential <br />WEST Low Density Residential <br />The Zoning Ordinance imposes the following general requirements on the use requested by the <br />applicant. Under each requirement, the applicant should explain, with reference to the attached <br />plans (when applicable) how the proposed use satisfies these requirements. <br />1. The Board must fmd that the uses( s) as proposed "are not detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or general welfare." <br />The requested use will not adversely affect the safet~ health, morals, or welfare of the <br />community or the immediate neighbors of the property as it will provide access to 911 <br />First Responders; Fire; Police; and EMS. <br />2. The Board must find that the use(s) as proposed "are appropriately located with respect to <br />transportation facilities, water supply, fire and police protection, waste disposal, etc." <br />The requested use is for a wireless telecommunications facility and will not require any <br />transportation facilities, water supply or waste disposal. <br />3. The Board must fmd that the use(s) as proposed "will not violate neighborhood character <br />nor adversely affect surrounding land uses." <br />The requested use will not impair the integrity or character of the surrounding or adjoining <br />distlicts, llUi advelsely affect tlie safety, Ilealtll, ii lUi als, or welfare of tlie cormf1uf1lty or the <br />immediate neighbors of the property as it will provide necessary wireless infrastructure to the surrounding <br />area as the proposed facility is being strategically located on an 87 acre property. <br />4. The Board must fmd that the use(s) as proposed "will comply with the general plans for the <br />physical development of the County or Town, as embodied in the Zoning Ordinance or in the area <br />development plans that have been adopted." <br />We are in compliance with the general plans for the physical development of the County or Town, <br />as embodied in the Zoning Ordinance or in the area development plans that have been <br />adopted.
