January 30, 2019 <br />Pages <br />technology. <br />As shown on Sheet C1 of Exhibit "1", the closest existing tower is 8,450 <br />feet away to Southwest and thus outside ofVerizon's search area. <br />There are no existing structures or alternative technologies available <br />for Verizon to provide adequate wireless coverage to this part of <br />Cabarrus County. Also, please see the letter of David Herring of SCI <br />Towers, attached hereto as Exhibit "4" and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />d. The separation distance from other towers pursuant to Table 1 shall be shown on <br />an updated site plan or map. The applicant shall also identify the type of <br />construction of the existing tower(s) and the owner/operator ofthe existing <br />tower(s), if known. <br />Please see Sheet C1 of Exhibit "1". The closest existing tower is 8,450 <br />feet away to the Southwest and is a 256-foot self-support tower. <br />e. Method of fencing and finished color and, if applicable, the method of <br />camouflage and illumination. <br />The proposed monopole-style wireless communications facility will be <br />appropriately secured by a wooden fence with a height of eight feet, as <br />shown on Sheet C3 of Exhibit "1". The proposed facility will not be <br />illuminated as shown on note # 5 on Sheet C6 of Exhibit "1" and the FAA <br />Determination in Exhibit "7". <br />f. A notarized statement by the applicant as to whether construction of the tower <br />will accommodate co-location of additional antennas for future users. <br />Please see the attached, notarized Collocation Policy Letter by David <br />Herring of SCI Towers, attached hereto as Exhibit "5" and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />g. A description of the suitability of the use of existing towers, other structures or <br />alternative technology not requiring the use of towers or structures to provide the <br />services to be provided through the use of the proposed new tower. <br />Please see the letter of David Herring, in Exhibit" 4". <br />h. A description ofthe feasible alternative location(s) of future towers or antennas <br />within the County based upon existing physical, engineering, technological or <br />geographical limitations in the event the proposed tower is erected. <br />Presently, this is heard to accurately quantify and would be based on <br />future demands by the citizens ofCabarrus County on Verizon <br />Wireless' network in Cabarrus County. <br />I.
