Planning and Zoning Commission
Minutes
March 12,2019
Mr. Corley said I guess in theory we are good with it, they just got to submit everything.
Mr. Dagenhart said the only other things outstanding is addressing fire's comments and any
comments that DOT may have that still need to be fixed.
The Chair said we now know what areas we have to work on. Would that be pushed back to the
next meeting if everything gets done by then?
Ms. Morris said if the Board wants to see changes come back, you know, today was the deadline,
so staff would need to see revisions by the end of the week to have enough tum-around time for
the plans, to go back and re-review it, to be able to provide the Board comments on whether or
not the areas that you have talked about have been addressed, to be able to provide you with
something similar to the format that we used this evening for the April meeting. Is that what you
were asking, because your mic is not on?
The Chair said that is what I am asking. You have a bunch of dates that you gave us about
different things. Is there any way to write that all down so we can have something concrete, not
concrete, but not as bad as sand?
Mr. Jansen said you are asking, in terms of having the dates put in a simple Gant chart?
The Chair said just some time frames when things start and things like that.
Mr. Jansen said yes.
The Chair said something we can start getting this funnel going downhill and finish that.
Mr. Jansen said yes.
The Chair said the quicker you can get it to staff, the better, because she is going to disseminate
it to us for us to look at and they are probably going to have two weeks to look at it and if there
are any comments that have to go back then they got to go back.
Mr. Jansen said yeah, we can certainly come up with some timelines.
Mr. Corley said how long do we think that that phase one of that glare study discussion, we were
talking about that two-pronged approach. I mean, how long do we think before there is
something of substance to review on that first part? I am just looking at estimates, because I am
wondering if--
Mr. Rockett said if April suffices?
52
