I am wondering if, instead of trying to rush and get everything in and <br />done, if we do not give them a longer set of time to get everything correct. <br />Mr. Rockett said we will be doing the same thing again. <br />Mr. Corley said or else, you are right, we may be in this situation again. <br />The Chair said it might be, especially, if they do not get it done in a month, then they are in the <br />same situation next month. He said that is the thing, you have to have some kind of end. He said <br />if they cannot get it in two weeks and Staff says they cannot get the proper review done, then you <br />go to May. Maybe I am speaking out of line, but that way they are not rushed. <br />The Chair said if you can get us that as quick as you can. <br />Mr. Benshoff said that Mr. Healy says two to three weeks on the glare study, on the first part of <br />the glare study, the field observations. <br />The Chair said so than you are in May, because they will not have time to review it <br />Mr. Dagenhart said it will not be reviewed in time, not for April. <br />The Chair said is it plausible just to say to try to get everything together for May, for everybody? <br />He said you guys can only react to what you are presented with. <br />Ms. Morris said correct. <br />The Chair said you know what I mean, we have been going through these deadlines for what six, <br />eight months, a year, something to that nature. Why don't we just say they will get it in a couple, <br />three weeks and then five you guys time and then get back to them with something that might be <br />amISS. <br />Ms. Morris said today is the deadline and, in the process, what typically happens is that we have <br />to send it out. We give people ten days to review it, because we cannot control outside agencies. <br />The Fire Marshal's office is part of the county, but they have not seen a plan at this point. So, <br />anywhere from seven to 10 days with a review to come back, and then if there are additional <br />comments that need to be addressed. <br />She said this document that was provided had comments that needs to be addressed. A lot of <br />them relate to the landscape plan, but there are also some other comments in this document. That <br />needs to be, actually, changes to the plans as requested and then the written response to say, here <br />is the page we changed it on, and here is the number, not something telling us this is what we are <br />going to do. So, we are at this point and moving forward again. If we do not have materials by <br />the end ofthe week, we have other cases for next month, you know, plus we have a lot of <br />53
