I think that <br />would be beneficial for all the parties. <br />Mr. Paxton said Mr. Chairman, do we have a motion on the floor and a second? <br />The Chair does not think there was a second. <br />Mr. Corley said can you (Mr. Dagenhart) restate your motion? Restate your motion and what you <br />are trying to do. <br />Mr. Dagenhart said I make a motion that we vote on the request by the applicant to consider <br />allowing him to submit partial, addressing this Boards comments here tonight. <br />Mr. Corley said so, bringing them back next month? <br />Mr. Dagenhart said to possibly just address the landscape issues, or to see how much further they <br />can get with addressing our comments tonight. <br />Mr. Rockett said the one issue we are going to run into there and they have stated as much, that <br />they are not going to meet a deadline with those improvements by Friday, for Staff review and <br />for this Board's review in time for the April meeting. Now, while they may be able to come back <br />and present new information at the meeting that is not the intent of the meeting. <br />Mr. Dagenhart said I am not making a motion. <br />Mr. Rockett said oh, I agree, I got you. <br />Mr. Dagenhart said let's quit discussing it, let's just put it out there for vote. <br />Dr. Litaker said I will second it so we can vote on it. <br />The vote was 9 to 0 against the request by the applicant to submit partial plans at the April <br />meeting. The request was denied. <br />The Chair would like to move on. <br />Mr. Rockett said we need to set a date to table this . <br />The Chair said do it in May. <br />Mr. Adam Dagenhart, MOTIONED, SECONDED by Mr. Brent Rockett to TABLE CUSE2018- <br />00004 until the May 14,2019, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The vote was <br />unammous. <br />59
