Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Minutes <br />January 8, 2019 <br />34 <br /> <br />Ms. Grimsley: Mr. Chairman, if I may, just for the sake of time, can we just –we are going to <br />have to table this evidently, again to a future date. Can we just make sure that the two of those, <br />the staff and you, get together to schedule a time to go assess the site. Let us know exactly what <br />is going on, what your plan is, if it meets the criteria, great, if it does not, we will have to address <br />that again at a future date anyway; so, we can kind of move this along. <br />Mr. Rockett: I would also suggest I guess, more in the form of a question to the applicant that <br />members of the Board be able to attend along with staff during the time of that visit. <br />Mr. Benshoff: Mr. Rockett, the applicants tell me they would be happy to have Board members <br />visit with the staff, or at any other time that is convenient. <br />Mr. Koch: I do not think we can have more than five go, from the board. <br />Mr. Rockett: It would have to be an announced meeting in that case; otherwise, it is four. Thank <br />you, Mr. Benshoff. <br />Mr. Pinto: At this time, is there any more discussion? A motion to close? <br />Mr. Rockett: I make a motion to Table --I am sorry, I do not have the number in front of me. <br />Mr. Koch: Did you close the public hearing? <br />The Chair asked for a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Rockett, MOTIONED, SECONDED by Mr. Dagenhart to close the Public Hearing. The <br />vote was unanimous. <br />There being no further discussion Mr. Rockett, MOTIONED, SECONDED by Mr. Stephen <br />Wise to TABLE CUSE2018-00004 to February 12, 2019. <br />Mr. Dagenhart: The next meeting would be February 12th. <br />Mr. Rockett: Would February 12th be acceptable to staff, to table it until that time, based on the <br />expected agenda on that date? <br />Ms. Morris: Yes, sir. That is our regular meeting date. I believe that we may or may not have <br />another agenda item. We will have the one that was tabled this evening. We thought we were <br />going to get another case today, but it looks like maybe it did not come in, so we would have the <br />rezoning and then you would have the remainder of the time to work on the solar farm case. <br />Mr. Pinto: How much time before the meeting would you want to go --like do you want to go a <br />week to the site or ten days to the site and then have 20 days to digest everything?
