PRELIMINARY MASTER PLAN PROCESS <br />An estimate of probable construction costs for the selected amenities based on current construction cost <br />estimates was developed. <br />WORK PRODUCTS: <br />- Preliminary Master Plan 24" X 36" in color <br />- Architectural Renderings of possible park structures <br />- Estimate of probable construction costs <br />Task 6 -Public Meeting <br />After reviewing the Preliminary Master Plan with the Steering Committee, the Design Team conducted a <br />public meeting to review the planning process, our Site Analysis findings, and the Preliminary Master Plan <br />developed for the project. <br />After a thorough review of the process and plans developed to date, a Question and Answer period was <br />conducted.
