Plan Hearing(s) and Adoption <br />The Consultant will participate in up to two public hearings leading to adoption of the <br />final plan. The team will present a summary of the proposed document and be available <br />to respond to questions and concerns that may arise during the meetings. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />A. REPORTS <br />• One original master copy of the Draft Plan shall be delivered to the Client prior to <br />completion of the project. (Format: MS Word or file type agreed upon by the Client and <br />Consultant during the Project Kick-Off Meeting) <br />• One original master copy of the Final Plan shall be delivered to the Client upon <br />completion of the project. (Format: MS Word or file type agreed upon by the Client and <br />Consultant during the Project Kick-Off Meeting) <br />B. MAPS/PLANS/GRAPHICS <br />Full size display maps (at least five and not to exceed ten), all in digital color, including the <br />Plan Map (Format: Adobe InDesign Adobe PDF and/or file type agreed upon by the Client <br />and Consultant during the Project Kick-Off Meeting). GIS files in the ArcMap format will be <br />delivered at the end of the project (all files to be SDE server compatible). All supporting <br />graphics (i. e. development scenarios) will also be supplied in color in digital and hardcopy <br />format at a size of up to 24x36 (up to six prints). <br />C. DIGITAL FILES <br />• One CD containing all deliverables shalt be provided in digital format to the Client at the <br />conclusion of the project. Each file required to reproduce the Plan will be included on <br />this CD. <br />• GIS database used for this project, including shapefiles created by the Consultant. <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A. County Staff will be expected to be involved in the process. The responsibilities of the staff <br />include but are not limited to the following: <br />• Project coordination -Participate in project coordination efforts (see below). <br />• Input - In addition to gathering data and documents (see Data Collection and Review of <br />Data, Regulations, Plans and Studies in Scope above), Staff will act as a member of the <br />project team by providing input throughout the process regarding existing conditions, <br />issues, opportunities, concept plans, recommendations and implementation strategies. <br />• Meeting space -Secure meeting space for all presentations, meetings with staff, AC <br />Meetings, Community Meetings and other meetings that are required as part of this <br />planning process. Staff will also set up these facilities in preparation for each meeting in <br />accordance with guidelines established by the Consultant.
