The contractor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Salisbury-g. owan Community. <br />Service Council/NC. and the State of North Carolina against any clahns of third parties <br />arising out of any act or omission of the Contractor, its agents and subcontractors in the <br />performance of this contract. <br /> <br />6. Beneficiary: <br /> <br /> Except as herein specifically provided otherwise, this Contract shall inure ~o the benefit of <br /> and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors. It is expressly <br /> understood and agreed that the enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Contract, and <br /> all fights of action relating to such enforcement, shall be strictly reserved to the <br /> State and the named Contractor that any such person or entity, other than the State or the <br /> Contractor, receiving services or benefits under this Contract shall be deemed an incidental <br />· beneficiary only. <br /> <br />7. Administrators for the Contract: <br /> <br />The persons named below shall be administrators for the respective parties and shall be the <br />persons to whom notices provided for in this Contract shall be given and to whom matters <br />relating to administration or interpretation of this Contract shall be addresses.
