<br />TELEPHONE SYSTEM PROPOSAL ANALYSIS
<br />
<br />RSM McGladrey developed a Request For Proposal (RFP) that detailed the telecommunications
<br />requirements for Cabarms County. This RFP included specific details related to the County's
<br />needs.
<br />
<br />The RFP was sent to eleven (11) qualified vendors in the local area. Only three of these vendors,
<br />CTC, Carolina Telephone (d.b.a. Sprint), and ALT Communications, elected to provide a
<br />response to the RFP.
