Multi-Jurisdictional Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance <br /> <br />Ownership of Documents, The reports, drawings, photographs, computerized data bases, <br />statistical materials and other contract documents prepared under this Agreement by Consultant <br />shall become the joint property of the City and Consultant upon compensation of Consultant for <br />its services as herein described. Each party reserves the right to use any drawings, graphics, <br />studies, reports, models or computation sheets without prior written consent of the other party. <br /> <br />Conflict.
