He
said he thinks a low density zoning ordinance is going to supply
that issue.

Mr. George Tennant, Resident, addressed the Board stating by no
means does he have a problem with the rezoning. He said his
concern is the fact that he has a substantial investment out there,
his family, his home and his property. He said he feels like the
trailers are devaluing his property. Mr. Tenant said if you could
keep the farm land the same, he would like to. He said he is here
tonight because he would like to see the Board cease single wide
mobile homes in that area.

Ms. Bertha Shaw, Resident, addressed the Board stating she
believes if the agricultural part is dropped and it is rezoned, it
would most definitely, inevitably change our tax value. She said
she does not think that rezoning should be done to take away the
farm land and the right of the people that own and live on the fai~m
property.

Ms. Gayle Bass, Resident, addressed the Board stating she is in
favor of the rezoning.

Ms. Judith Damon, Resident, addressed the Board stating she
believes what Mr. Mesimer is doing will work out.

Ms. Chris Upton, Resident, addressed the Board stating she would
like to ask a question about Mr. Weddington stating that there was
something that could be done within the perimeter already without
rezoning.

Mr. Weddington said what he understood is there are restrictions
on mobile homes already.

Mr. Downs said they are all one acre lots. He said single w/des
and double wides are allowed as long as they are on one acre lots,
and they are all on one acre lots.

Ms. ~anice Stylianos, Resident, addressed the Board stating she has
been listening closely to all the discussion. She said it appears to
her according to the grandfather clause that everyone would be
