If an antenna is installed on a structure other than a tower, the antenna and
supporting electrical and mechanical equipment must be of a neutral color that is
identical to, or closely compatible with, the color of the supporting structure. This
is in order to make the antenna, and related equipment, as visually unobtrusive
as possible.
This provision is non-applicable as this is an application for a new
tower.
d. LIGHTS-No tower or antenna shall have affixed or attached to it in any way except
during time of repair or installation, any lights, reflectors, flashers, day-time
strobes or steady night time light or other illumination devices, except as
required by the FAA, FCC or the County. This restriction against lights shall not
apply to towers which have been combined with light standards for illumination
of ball field , parking lots, playgrounds, or other similar public uses. Iflighting is
required, the lighting sources and design shall be designed to create the
minimum practicable penetration of areas outside the boundaries of the Lot or
Parcel.
The proposed wireless telecommunications facility will not be
required to be illuminated by the FAA, as shown in the FAA
Determination of No Hazard to Air Navigation and Extension,
attached hereto as Exhibit "7" and incorporated herein by reference,
and as stated on note #5 on Sheet C-6 of Exhibit "1".
e. If such standards and regulations are changed, then the owners of the
towers and antennas governed by this chapter shall bring such towers and
antennas into compliance with the revised standards and regulations within six
(6) months of the effective date of such standards and regulations, unless a
different compliance schedule is mandated by the controlling state or federal
agency. Failure to bring towers and antennas into compliance with such revised
standards and regulations shall constitute grounds for the removal of the tower
or antenna at the owner's expense.
The proposed wireless telecommunications facility will meet all
current and future standards and regulations of the FAA, the FCC,
and any other state and federal government agency with the authority
