All lines were to be underground. It also did not include panels in some of the
areas where panels have not been installed, specifically on the south east part of the
5M’s tract near Bost Creek.
The overhead lines and the additional panels were observed by the Board on the two
site visits.
 If the Board is satisfied with the current modification of the site design, including
the overhead power lines, the Board should enter that information into the record
and consider the next item.
 If the Board is not satisfied with the design changes, the Board needs to provide
specific direction to the Applicant.
Staff Review Comment:
As stated in the original staff report and during the meeting, t he lines and the current
configuration of the panels are located interior to the site and out of the required 100
foot setback and 100 foot landscape buffer.
SEDIMENT PONDS AND STORMWATER RUNOFF (SEE SITE PLANS)
Board members asked several questions on the site visit related to the stormwater
basins and site runoff.
Notes have been added to the plan related to the stormwater basins.
