Specific areas of concern were located near the streams and <br />the wetland. <br />The applicant has provided information showing that DEPCOM will remove any silt or <br />sediment from the pond; clean up the rock outlet BMP; repair any erosion; install seed, <br />straw, and matting to prevent future erosion; install rip rap as additional reinforcement <br />against erosion. This information is included for reference. <br /> <br /> If the Board is satisfied with the information provided, the Board should enter that <br />information into the record and consider the next item. <br /> If the Board is not satisfied with the information submitted, the Board needs to <br />provide specific direction to the Applicant. <br />BUILDING PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS <br />Part of the Bost property, also identified by Canadian Solar as “Canada” during the site <br />visit, was not permitted properly with Construction Standards. <br />The Applicant is aware of this issue and a condition is proposed to cover this item. <br />The proposed noise wall must also be reviewed and permitted through Construction <br />Standards. <br />Staff Review Comment: <br />Applicant must procure required building and trade permits prior to any additional work <br />occurring on the project area located north of Joyner Road (Bost property). <br />Applicant must procure required building and trade permits for proposed noise wall. <br /> <br />
