It is up to the Board to <br />decide if someone presented is an expert and it is up to you to make that decision. We would <br />offer a like expert for your consideration, if there is testimony at a future meeting. <br />The Chair said I do not know. I think we fly to Phoenix six times a day out of U.S. <br />Air/American, right now out of Charlotte. I think he can get back and forth and I would like to <br />see him, he is more familiar with it. <br />Mr. Paxton: I agree. <br />Mr. Benshoff said, Mr. Wingo presented in January and he is in Raleigh; I am sorry, he is in <br />Charlotte. Would that be an acceptable fall back person? Mr. Healy has been here twice, Mr. <br />Thad Wingo from Bums & McDonnell was here once. <br />The Chair said who is going to design it? Who is going to do the actual work on it? Who is going <br />to lay the points out and do the study? <br />Mr. Benshoff said local engineers. It will be Bums & McDonnell's North Carolina engineers that <br />do it. <br />The Chair asked if there were any thoughts on that. <br />Dr. Litaker would like to hear from the person that does the report. <br />Mr. Dagenhart said whoever is going to seal it should. <br />Dr. Litaker said whoever does the work needs to be here. <br />Mr. Benshoff said alright. Thank you. <br />The Chair said thank you. Back to the report, maybe do one more? The Fire Marshal office's site <br />visit; it is on page 6 at the top. <br />Ms. Morris said the Fire Marshal's office did make a visit to the site. As we have discussed <br />previously, because of the way that the project was permitted, it was not permitted under a <br />building permit. The typical inspections that are done as part of a building permit were not <br />performed. This was permitted under an electrical permit only. <br />The Fire Marshal did not visit the site until some of you visited the site that Thursday. They did <br />have comments that needed to be addressed. The comments were provided by the Fire Marshal <br />and they were to submit an updated plan to reflect the items discussed during the visit and they <br />are outlined. They needed to show extended access to the southwest comer of Canada near array <br />number 2 with a turn-around. That is at the very top, in the west corner, over close to Edgefield, <br />38
